The Digital Learning & Innovation Programme is the technology and future-readiness pillar of the Danmodi Students' Care Initiative. Managed under the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Students' Matters, this initiative focuses on bridging the digital divide, promoting ICT literacy and fostering tech innovation among students in Jigawa State to prepare them for the global digital economy.

Direct deployment of high-performance laptops to Jigawa indigenes in specialized national institutions such as the NDA and NPA, and upgrading state tertiary computer labs into active, high-speed internet-enabled digital hubs.
The "Danmodi Tech-Up" Skills Accelerator
A modular tech-training framework: a foundational tier of mass training in digital literacy, office productivity and internet safety, and a selective advanced track in coding, data analytics, UI/UX design and freelancing.
The Danmodi Students' Care Digital Portal
A unified platform streamlining scholarship applications, tracking student demographics and digitizing verification, plus a planned e-learning repository with JAMB/WAEC prep materials, academic journals and tech tutorials.
